Our kitchen design process begins with a meeting with our expert design team, who will listen to your wants, needs, style, and space to create a suitable solution within your budget. During this consultation, you’ll have uninterrupted time with a member of our design team to ensure we fully understand your goals. We are also able to advise on different materials, features, and appliances.

The next step involves visiting our showroom to review your proposed new kitchen. At the showroom, you can see finishes and features in person and discuss any alterations to the design and finishes. Budgetary pricing will be reviewed during this consultation.

Once you are satisfied with your kitchen design and price, we will request sign-off and a 50% deposit invoice to secure your kitchen fabrication. A formal site measure will then be conducted to pick up any last details to ensure smooth installation. All details, such as appliances and flooring finishes, should be finalized at this stage. While we don’t handle project management, we can advise you on what needs to be completed before the kitchen installation.

Following the site survey, final detailing and shop drawings will commence and will be used to fabricate your kitchen. Our production team will contact you one week before your installation to confirm that your site is ready. At this stage, a second invoice of 45% will be issued to guarantee your installation date
